Blocking a Quarantined Email Sender
You will receive an email alert with emails that were quarantined as they come in. The email notification will look very similar to the image in step 1. It will have your company’s logo at the top.
Quarantine Classification Types:
Graymail Emails1: User can release themselves
Spam2: User can release themselves
Malicious Emails3: User may request email to be released. The company’s review must review the email.
Step 1– Open the quarantined email notification.

Step 2- Find the email you want to have released and click on the Blocklist”4 button.

Step 3– A window in your browser will open. Make sure you check the “I’m not a robot” checkbox then click the “Confirm” button, if you are a robot, please go away.

Step 4- Once its confirmed, the sender will be placed on a blocklist for your email.
1 – The sender or source of graymail, which is bulk email you opted into but no longer find valuable, like newsletters or promotions that clog your inbox, sitting in the grey area between wanted (good) and spam (bad) mail.
2 – An unsolicited, unwanted bulk message sent to many recipients, usually for commercial purposes like advertising, scams (phishing for info), or spreading malware, and the sender typically doesn’t have permission from the receiver.
3 – A deceptive electronic message designed to harm recipients by tricking them into revealing sensitive data, installing malware, or sending money, often by impersonating legitimate sources like banks or companies through phishing, spam, ransomware, or spear-phishing tactics, using urgent language, suspicious links, or infected attachments.
4 – The blocklist button only will appear for emails that are classified as spam or graymail emails.
