Overview
Google Workspace uses Two-Step Verification (2SV), also known as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), to provide an additional layer of protection for your work account. When enabled, Google may require you to verify your identity using your phone, an authentication application, or another approved security method when signing in. This guide explains how to enable Two-Step Verification, configure Google prompts or Google Authenticator, and verify that your account is properly protected.
Before You Begin:

- Have your iPhone or Android phone available.
- Confirm that your phone and computer are connected to the internet.

Important: If you cannot access your account, have forgotten your password, or no longer have access to an existing verification method, contact True Synergy Networks.
Note: Your organization may already require Two-Step Verification. If it is already enabled, you can review your available verification methods instead of repeating the initial setup.
