Some emails that are sent from an email account that is protected by TSN Cyber’s Email Security product may automatically be encrypted for the receiver depending on certain rules that were installed or due to PCI or HIPPA Compliance policies.

The recipient will receive an email that looks very similar to the image below (the company logo will be the company logo of the sender’s company).

Step 1– Click the “Authenticate to Open Message” button.

Step 2- Enter in the email address that received the encrypted message then click the “CONFIRM” button.

Step 3– Check the email for a 5 digit pin code that was sent.

Step 4- You may reply to the email with an encrypted reply by clicking the “Reply” button at the bottom of the page. If there are multiple people in the email, you may also reply to all by clicking the “Reply All” button.

Step 5– This step only applies if there are documents.
Eye Icon: View the document without downloading it.
Down Arrow With Line: Download the document.
